​Having spent thirty years in education, I am immensely proud to lead a school that sits at the very heart of our community. My goal is to build a vibrant, compassionate culture where our students feel safe, supported, and empowered to achieve their personal best.​

I believe that education can truly change lives. At Crofton, we provide a rich, diverse curriculum that inspires academic excellence while fostering critical thinking and independent problem-solving. I want our students' time here to be about more than just results, we aim to open minds, deepen knowledge, and provide them with both the best possible life chances and a bank of wonderful memories.

​A truly successful school is built in collaboration. Working in close partnership with parents, carers, and the HISP Multi Academy Trust, we ensure that our students are comprehensively supported whenever they need a helping hand. We encourage our students to be courageous, to set their sights high, and to take pride in showing kindness to one another.​
