This week (3–8 March 2025) we are celebrating National Careers Week (NCW) at school. This is a fantastic opportunity to help students explore their future career options.
Throughout the week, students will take part in a Careers-focused assembly and activities during tutor time. In addition, teachers will be highlighting how their subjects relate to different career paths. This will help students to see the real-world applications of their learning and enable them to gain an insight into the many career opportunities linked to different subjects.
We know that career conversations at home play a crucial role in helping young people make informed choices. To support you with this, please do visit the following websites (to name but a few), which provide careers information and advice:
National Careers Service (www.nationalcareers.service.gov.uk)
UCAS (www.ucas.com)
Apprenticeships (www.apprenticeships.gov.uk)

BBC Bitesize (www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/careers)
