Dear Parent / Guardian,
I hope you are well. I am writing to let you know that The Open Mic concert takes place on Tuesday 17 October at 6pm. The concert features performers from all year groups singing with backing tracks and performing with acoustic and electric instruments. A sound check for all performers will take place on the day of the concert and should be over by 4:15pm.
A programme of all performers is displayed on the Music Office door; if your child auditioned, please ask them to check the programme to see if they are in the concert. If you have any queries, please contact me at joliver@croftonschool.co.uk
The concert is free of charge (although we will accept donations on the door of a suggested £2 per person). This is part of our charities week.
