We are delighted to announce that our senior team – Lillia, Mollie, and Abigail – won the local Rotary Youth Speaks competition last night!
They were phenomenal; no stutters, no reading from notes, all eloquent and confident in their speeches. The Mayor, members of the Rotary Club and the Council all had wonderful praise for them saying that they were quite simply outstanding. We are now through to the regional round.
Whilst unfortunately our intermediate team – Joseph, Mollie and Georgia – did not win their category, they too were absolutely amazing and a credit to Crofton School.
