On the evening of Tuesday the 23rd of January, two teams of three students took part in the annual ‘Youth Speaks’ debating competition. Both teams did wonderfully, with our senior team winning the round, beating three other local teams to go onto the next stage of the competition.
Their winning debate was a compelling discussion on the topic ‘do conspiracy theories benefit society?’ This is Crofton School’s third win in a row, with our all our students once again being excellent representatives of our school community!
